By indicating agreement to these terms at checkout and completing the purchase, you agree that these terms form part of the purchase contract and the software license.
2. License
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on computers under their control for music production.
Music created with the software may be used personally or commercially. You remain responsible for the rights to any samples you load.
3. Restrictions
You may not distribute, sell, lend, or publicly share the software, installer, or purchaser-only links. Reverse engineering and bypassing protection mechanisms are prohibited except where applicable law allows.

Maintenance releases within the same major version may be obtained using the email used at checkout. Future features, platforms, and availability periods are not guaranteed.
Re-downloads and updates require verification using the email address used at checkout. If you have forgotten or can no longer access that address, we will assist only when we can verify the purchase using a Paddle receipt or transaction number, purchase date, amount and currency, purchaser name, or other relevant information. If we cannot identify the purchase after reasonable verification, we cannot provide a re-download. You must purchase the product again if you wish to continue using it.
