Digital purchases
Because the product becomes downloadable immediately after purchase, refunds for a simple change of mind are generally not offered. Please confirm compatibility before purchasing.
When a refund may be considered
We may consider a refund for duplicate charges, failure to receive the product, or a severe reproducible issue on a listed supported environment that support cannot resolve.
How to request
Email support@enigmajp.com with the purchase date, checkout email, Paddle transaction number, and issue details. Never send card information.
Statutory rights
